本案位於台北大安區，原建物已有超過40年歷史。透過現代工業元素與簡約線條，將老屋重新賦予新生命。空間保留部分原始結構的粗獷質感，如混凝土地坪與裸露天花管線，並搭配白色牆面、黑色格柵天花與辦公家具，營造出乾淨、俐落且具現代感的辦公氛圍。設計強調「功能 ×美感」的平衡，讓辦公室不僅是工作場域，更是展現企業形象的空間。

By incorporating modern industrial elements and minimalist lines, the old house is given new life. The space retains some of the original structure's rugged texture, such as the concrete floors and exposed pipes, while white walls, black grille ceilings, and office furniture create a clean, sleek, and modern office atmosphere.
