「由鉅大恆」中台灣著名建案，回歸空間最純粹的狀態，透過精準比例與動線規劃，重新定義生活場域的秩序與節奏。設計選用金屬板、燻黑橡木與大面石材作為主體語彙，藉由材質的冷暖對比與細節收邊，建立穩重而內斂的視覺基底。電視主牆以石材大面延展，搭配俐落分割與設備整合，兼顧美感與機能，使公共空間在使用上更為純粹流暢。

整體設計不僅著重視覺美感，更回應居住者對品質生活的期待。從材質選擇、光線鋪陳到比例拿捏，皆以「回到家如同走入飯店或私人招待所」為核心概念，營造沉穩、放鬆且具有儀式感的居住體驗。讓日常在不張揚的設計語彙中，被細緻地承接與放大，成就一處兼具理性規劃與感性氛圍的理想居所。
